Notaire Joseph Valentin Gagnon Joseph Valentin Gagnon is the only 19th century notaire that actually lived in Frampton during the tenure of his service. He recorded many documents of the Frampton Irish. For whatever reason, Gagnon's register is not available on microfilm at the LDS Family History Library. I have purchased the microfilm that contains his register. I can search for, find, and copy the documents from his register for my standard records retrieval and copying service of $30.00 plus .15 cents per page of copy plus postage to your location.
